Can you give me briefly objects of Prince of Wales relief movement. Unofficial Heubers of Council propose to raise public subscription and ask that amount equal to public subscription should be granted from Colonial Funds. Are you prepared to ap- prove such arrangement. I would prefer to any colonial grant should be limited to definite sum say 100,000 dollarsto begin with.
